These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grappling Mobility and Stability System / Grappling Resilience Program (the “Program”), hosted on Thinkific. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose Only – No Medical Advice
This Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Although created by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, it does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No healthcare provider-patient relationship is created by your use of this Program.
You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any injury, medical condition, or recent trauma.
2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, aggravation of existing conditions, or other health complications.
By using this Program, you:
Voluntarily assume all risks
Agree to participate at your own risk
Accept full responsibility for any injury or harm
You agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.
3. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding results, including but not limited to:
Performance improvements
Injury prevention
Physical outcomes
4. License & Intellectual Property (Strict Use Policy)
All Program content is the exclusive property of [Your Name or Business Name] and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual use only.
Strictly Prohibited:
Sharing login credentials with any other person
Allowing multiple users to access a single account
Accessing the Program on behalf of others
Recording, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying content
Downloading or screen recording videos or materials
Uploading content to other platforms, communities, or file-sharing services
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially using any content
This license is granted to one individual only. Any form of group sharing, account pooling, or unauthorized distribution is a violation of these Terms.
5. Platform Monitoring & Enforcement
This Program is hosted on Thinkific, which may track login activity, including IP addresses and device usage.
We reserve the right to:
Monitor account access patterns
Restrict or suspend accounts showing signs of shared access
Immediately terminate access without refund for violations
You acknowledge that suspected unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and potential legal action.
6. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, offerings, or payment terms at any time.
7. Community & Q&A Rules
If the Program includes community or Q&A features:
You agree to act respectfully and professionally
You will not provide medical advice to other users
You will not post harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roman Mueller shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Program.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Personal injury
Loss of income
Indirect or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roman Mueller from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
Your use or misuse of the Program
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
